Homecoming - October 24, 2009

Make your plans now to join the Tekes for the WVU Homecoming game on October 24, 2009 when WVU meets Connecticut. Homecoming is also the semi-annual Rho TKE Alumni meeting. Please join us for the Friday-night meeting. Homecoming 2009 marks an especially good reason to join your brothers in Morgantown, as this occasion will also serve as the inauguration and grand opening of the new TKE House at 692 N High St!

Fri., October 23rd - TKE House - 692 North High Street Morgantown, WV

  • 6:30pm Bar-B-Q Begins
  • 7:00pm House Inauguration Ceremony
  • 7:30pm semi-annual Rho TKE Alumni meeting
  • House Grand Opening and Tours

Sat., October 24th - Blue Lot Mountaineer Field

  • 10:00am TKE Alumni Association and Rho Chapter Tailgate
  • Game: Currently scheduled for noon, keep eyes open for changes.

Hotel TKE: The Homecoming Place to Stay

Why stay at one of Morgantown's exorbitantly priced hotels for homecoming weekend? The active chapter is offering to rent rooms in the brand new house to Rho Chapter alumni for the October 23-24, 2009 weekend.

Doubles Deal
For $250.00, either an alumnus and a guest or two alumni can get a room to themselves for Friday and Saturday nights. (6 rooms available)

Shared Room
For $100.00, an alumnus will get a room where he can stay with an active (Alumni will have choice on sleeping arrangements), for both Friday and Saturday nights. (10 rooms available)

Shared Room (Single Night)
For $50.00, an alumnus will get a room where he can stay with an active for either Friday or Saturday (Active will have choice on sleeping arrangements). (7 rooms available)

All rooms are singles, and have their own bathrooms. All proceeds will go directly to the Rho Chapter housing fund to help finance the completion of the common areas of the new house (chapter room, party room & TV room). Space is limited, and rooms will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
