New TKE House - October 19th 2009

Updated pictures. Looks like the outside is pretty much finished. They still need to put the roof over the porch on the front and the roof over the fire escape in the back. Won't be done until Thanksgiving break. The concrete driveway will be poured over Thanksgiving break as well.

Fundraising Effort

Our beloved residence at 692 N. High Street was leveled last fall. We want to purchase the new house over time, but in the short term there is a more immediate need for when brothers move in. The more immediate need is to purchase tables and chairs for the chapter room in the new TKE house this fall. Our goal is to raise $3,800 dollars by the 2009 Red Carnation Ball. It will take every single one of you to make this goal a reality, you each played a role in the development of this fraternity as actives and as alumni it's our turn to give the 56 active Fraters a chance to run our Fraternity with a fully furnished chapter room. And by adding your support we can show the 26 new pledges of the Fall '09 class that we as Alumni are active. Some of us are getting our tax returns back before RCB and what a great way to spend that extra cash. If we can collect at least $30 per person I am confident we can reach our goal. RCB is just around the corner and as a reminder our Alumni Association dues start at $20 so please mark your calendars to renew or start your membership. There has never been a need for your support more than now, we are turning that corner and your contributions will make the difference. It is time you must ask yourself as a TEKE, if not now then when? Donations can be made easily through Paypal, Credit Card or check by using our dues and donations webpage.
